Losing Weight is problem-solving and I offer guidance that includes coaching and lessons on weight loss, exercise, food and lifestyle. It's your best chance for lasting weight loss success.

I’ll speak with you one on one to explain your personalized weight loss program, including food plan, exercise plan and lifestyle changes. This alone can make a huge difference in the way you eat and in your overall lifestyle. You COULD just read a book about weightloss; in fact, you probably have already…did it help??? With the support of my weekly coaching sessions you'll get personal attention, accountability, and results that will have you smiling!!!

What to do about dinner? Where to exercise? How to exercise? How to handle eating in the office? Parties?

You'll get help and solutions for these questions from me in our weekly coaching sessions. Or if coaching is not something you want to try at this time, visit the Weightloss Worriers Community. You will be able to send videos, use our blog space and/or write a personal story for the community. You may also want to outline a specific weightloss problem that I and other members of the "community" can help you with.

Weight Loss 3-12 Week Packages

Most people need extra support, information and accountability when it comes to losing weight and getting on a consistent fitness or exercise program. With this in mind, I custom-design each program for your specific needs. My weight loss and fitness coaching packages include:

• Personalized one on one coaching sessions
• E-mail support and between-session check-ins
• Food and nutrition consultation
• Beginning exercise workout and fitness plans e-mailed to you
• Nutrition logs, food diaries, tools, and resources.
• Encouragement, Motivation, Expertise and Guidance from a Professional

3 weeks – GET STARTED
These lessons focus on better eating habits, keeping fit and lifestyle changes that will help you achieve weight loss success.

6 weeks – MOVING & LOSING

Focus is on the skills and habits you will need for successful weight loss and in time maintenance. Each lesson helps you modify your lifestyle for success.

12 weeks – STAY THE COURSE
Weight management techniques become second nature and at the same time you're learning more about managing your "food plan and lifestyle." You are "locking in" the food, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes you have made in phases one and two.

Your Initial Guidance and Coaching Session

If you want to explore coaching as an option, then schedule an initial coaching session ($45 or free with any package listed below). During your Initial Coaching Session, we will clarify your goals, get to know each other, get clear about what you want, and explore things you can do to get closer to reaching your desired outcome. The session will last approximately 30 minutes, and if you decide that coaching would be beneficial for you, simply purchase the plan that will work best for you.

If you already know that coaching is right for you, just purchase a package, and receive the initial coaching session FREE.

Please note: If you pay the $45 fee for an Initial Guidance and Coaching session, but choose NOT to purchase a program at that time, but come back within a 30 day period to register, I will honor the $45 as a deposit towards any one of my programs.

*All one-on-one phone coaching sessions are up to 20 minutes in length

*One-on-one personal visits can be discussed if travel distance is within reason
 

Staying Active,
The Key to Success

Staying active is the key to lasting weightloss and good health. My program will help you find exercises and physical activities that suit your lifestyle. Remember, a gym membership is not necessary; you just need to make a commitment “to keep moving.” Physical activity does not have to be hard or boring…we’ll talk about and find a variety of activity that can be simple and even fun!

Should you See your Doctor Before Exercising?
• Has your doctor ever told you that you have heart trouble?
• When you are physically active, do you have pains in your chest or on your left side (neck, shoulder, or arm)?
• Do you often feel faint or have dizzy spells?
• Do you feel extremely breathless after you have been physically active?
• Has your doctor told you that you have high blood pressure?

Has your doctor told you that you have bone or joint problems, like arthritis, that could get worse if you exercise?
Are you over 50 years old and not used to exercise?
Have you not been active for years?
Are you changing from moderate to a more intense workouts?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should check with your Doctor before starting any form of exercise.

Where To Exercise
Home is a good place to start. Health clubs and recreation centers may offer more workout variety.

Fit Exercise Into Your Daily Life
Plan so you exercise at times that work best for you. Get a family member or friend to exercise with you. It's easier for two people to stay on a routine than one.

The reason most people hire personal trainers and/or private chefs is not because they don't know what to eat or how to work out , but because those professionals provide accountability, encouragement and support, and are a non-judgmental source of information and empowerment. Weight loss coaching is much the same.

Plus, because it's YOU taking responsibility for your plan and doing the work, your good workout and eating habits won't go out the window when your personal training sessions end, or you go on vacation. You'll develop the skills, the habits, and the lifestyle changes that will last long after you've lost the weight or gotten in shape. YOU do the work, and YOU take the credit for the physical transformation.

You will receive daily/weekly advice on your diet and exercise so that you can lose weight successfully. Most important, I'll be your personal weight loss coach. My advice is just for you.
